Standard Policies

• To receive next business day delivery for orders via Bell Chem's fleet of trucks in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami areas, orders must be placed by 4 p.m. However, next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed due to varying volume and demand.

• The minimum order for delivery on Bell Chem trucks is $400 before fuel charges.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will always be confirmed at the time of order.

• Customers are responsible for identifying and notifying Bell Chem of any defects related to product quality, packaging, order, and shipment accuracy within five business days of receiving the product. Bell Chem guarantees that the product sold will meet the specifications presented in the certificate of analysis that matches the lot number on the package and paperwork shipped to the customer. Unused and unopened products may be returned to Bell Chem at its discretion after the five-day period, but this may incur restocking and return freight charges.
